Tim joined Dave Swain Associates in 2012. He has over 10 years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry. Tim work 8 years at Bally Refrigerated Boxes as in inside sales rep, a manufacturer Dave Swain Associates has represented for over 40 years. He attended the University of Maryland prior to joining his family’s hardware store chain in the Baltimore/ D.C. area. He lives with his wife Rachel and two children Natalie and Timothy, Jr. in Newburyport, MA. He enjoys coaching sports along with spending time on the water with his family.

John Minks
Territory Manager
John Minks joined Dave Swain Associates in 2017. John currently has over 25 years operational experience in the hospitality industry. Before joining Dave Swain Associates, John was a General Manager for a prominent restaurant group in Boston, MA. John graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Baking & Pastry Arts and Hospitality Management Degree. John will be responsible for the Dave Swain Associates’ Tabletop and Smallwares Division. John enjoys shooting skeet, playing tennis and golf, as well as skiing in the winter.

Tony comes to us from the dealer side of the foodservice business with 19 years of experience in design, project management and sales. His expertise on projects range from K-12, universities, correctional facilities and design build of restaurants. Tony lives in northern CT with his wife and 4 kids. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and hiking with his family.

Phil joined Dave Swain Associates in 2011. Phil currently has over 40 years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry. Prior to joining DSA Phil worked for a prominent national foodservice equipment dealer and also for a leading Manufacturer in many roles as a sales manager, service manager, parts manager. Phil Graduated with a BA at Worcester State University. Phil supports all inside functions of DSA order entry, quotes, customer service, sales support, & office operations. Phil lives in Shrewsbury, MA with his wife Kathy enjoys playing Golf, watching all sports, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Alyssa joined Dave Swain Associates on Jan 3, 2023. Alyssa’s role at the company is Inside Sales support and she will be handling order entry, quotes, customer service and CRM entry. Alyssa comes to the Swain Associates team after 2 years experience as a sales and consulting recruiter. Prior to that employment Alyssa graduated from Franklin Pierce University in 2021 where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. During her time at Franklin Pierce University she was also a member of the university’s Track & Field program. In her free time Alyssa enjoys spending time with family & friends.

She supports the sales team Jamie lives in Enfield, CT with her husband, daughter and two cats. In her free time she enjoys checking out new breweries and restaurants with friends, attending live shows and traveling.
